CyberCell VIT is a club of cybersecurity enthusiasts formed by Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune in December 2013. Dedicated to making the digital realm safer and more informed, CyberCell VIT is a dynamic club that brings together tech enthusiasts, ethical hackers, and cyber-aware individuals on a common platform. Our mission is to empower everyone with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complex landscape of cyberspace responsibly.
VishwaCTF
CyberCell VIT proudly presents VishwaCTF, our flagship cybersecurity competition that has grown into a globally recognized event. From a small campus gathering in 2020, it became Maharashtra’s first global CTF and India’s third-largest in 2021. Since then, VishwaCTF has expanded rapidly, with our latest edition drawing 3,200+ participants from 98+ countries. With strong industry support, we’ve continually raised the challenge complexity, prize pool, and overall experience. As we prepare for VishwaCTF'25, our 5th edition promises to be the most challenging and rewarding yet, further cementing our place in the global CTF community.
VIT, Pune
Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, is an autonomous institute permanently affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University. The Institute was granted autonomous status in AY 2008-09, valid until 2030. The Institute ranks among the premier technical institutes in the western region of India.
